Frequently asked questions

Where are you located?

We don't have a physical clinic location, our service is mobile/home visits only.

What should I wear?

If possible, wear clothing that enables easy access to the area of concern. This may be, shorts for a leg injury or a strappy top for an upper limb injury or back problem. If you do not wish to remove/move clothing from the affected area, please ensure it is a thin material.

You are also more than welcome to bring a chaperone into your treatment session with you if desired.

How much does a session cost?

Our prices varies dependant on treatment type. Please find our current price list

How long are the appointments?

Between 30-60 minutes depending on the type of appointment, we will confirm this at time of booking.

Do I need a referral from my GP?

No, you do not need to be referred by your doctor. Patients can self-refer for all appointment types. Your doctor may recommend that you need to see a physiotherapist for your condition.

What can I expect on my first visit?

You will be asked about the history of your problem. This will include gaining information on past medical problems, work, hobbies, and general information. We will then look at movement and tests relevant to your presentation to help diagnose the problem. Treatment will then commence if appropriate after discussing our findings with you. Home-based rehab may be provided to continue before your next session.
