What to expect

You will be contacted by the therapist through a video or telephone call. The therapist will assess your condition, ask about your symptoms, and discuss your medical history. You will then be provided with exercises to perform at home based on the diagnosis, and given guidance on proper technique. The appointment will also include discussions about pain management, lifestyle modifications, or ergonomic adjustments to support your recovery.
